Our HYROX classes are built for anyone training for a HYROX event—or just looking to level up their engine.

As an official HYROX Training Center, we follow the HYROX format with a mix of running and functional movements like sled pushes, wall balls, and rowing.

Expect high energy, solid coaching, and workouts that push your pace and test your grit.

All levels welcome, and everything can be scaled.

Baby Bump & Brew

For parents who are having a bab or who have just had a baby

Baby Bump & Brew is a relaxed, coach-led class for anyone caring for a baby—mums, dads, grandparents, or parents-to-be.

Led by Amy, a qualified pre and postnatal coach, the session focuses on safe, simple movement to help you build strength, boost energy, and feel good—whether you’re pregnant, post-birth, or just joining in with your little one.

No pressure, no fuss—just a supportive space to move at your own pace.

After class, grab a coffee and catch up with others in BrewBox. Everyone’s welcome.
