When are the classes?

We run classes throughout the week: 6am 7am 9:30am 12:30pm 5:30pm 6:30pm 7:30pm Saturdays 8:00am

Do I need experience?

Nope. All sessions are fully coached. We guide you every step of the way.

Is this good for fat loss and muscle gain?

Yes. We’ll tailor the training and nutrition support to your goals — whether that’s losing fat, building strength, or toning up.

Can I come as often as I want?

Yes. We recommend a minimum of 3 sessions per week, but you’re welcome to attend more.

Are classes mixed gender and mixed ability?

Yes. Our members are a mix of men and women, beginners and experienced gym-goers. Everyone trains together and supports each other.

What if I’m nervous about starting?

You won’t be alone. Our coaches and members are friendly, welcoming, and ready to help you feel at home.
