A Lower-Intensity Workout That Meets You Where You’re At

We’re launching something new at CrossFit Mendip this week, and it could be exactly what you (or someone you know) needs.

Starting this Thursday at 11:30am, we’re introducing LIFE—a class that delivers all the benefits of CrossFit, in a gentler, more accessible format. It’s designed for people who want to move, feel, and live better—but need to take things at a different pace.

From this week forward, LIFE runs every Monday and Thursday at 11:30am.

So… What Is LIFE?

LIFE stands for Longevity In Functional Efficiency—but you don’t need to remember that part.

What matters is this:

  • It’s safe, coached functional fitness
  • It’s lower intensity than regular CrossFit classes
  • It’s designed for real life movement: getting off the floor, lifting things, improving balance, and building strength
  • And it’s open to anyone—no matter your age, experience, or background

This class is ideal for people managing:

  • Ongoing injuries or recovering from one
  • Medical conditions that need extra consideration
  • Low confidence or fitness levels
  • Or simply those who want a slower, more supportive style of training
