Class Schedule
We are open 7 days a week and run over 40 classes each week!
Weekday classes begin at 05:20, with the last class at 19.30.
We have something for everyone, Crossfit classes, kids & teens classes, LIFE and HYROX classes.
On Saturdays we run 1 x team workout class, 1 x Pairs Hyrox class and 1 x Competitor Squad class.
CrossFit
CrossFit class is often split into two sections. A Weight lifting or strength element followed by the workout which is a strength and conditioning workout that is made up of functional movement performed at a high intensity level.
HYROX
HYROX combines cardio and functional workout stations. Higher reps are completed but at a lighter weight, and no barbells are used.
Our HYROX classes follow official HYROX programming. Each day has a different focus, so you’ll always be building towards the full race.
Monday – Foundation
A mix of everything: strength, endurance, skills, and conditioning. Great for all levels and sets you up for the week.
Tuesday – Engine
Cardio and stamina focused. Expect running, machines, and higher reps. Builds speed, endurance, and the ability to keep pushing under fatigue.
Wednesday – Complete
The all-rounder. A longer block of work to prepare you for the full demands of a HYROX race. Think running under pressure and sustained effort.
Thursday – Power
Strength day. Lifting, carrying, and working in different formats like AMRAPs, intervals, and partner sessions. Builds raw strength and race-specific power.
Friday – Endurance
Longer sessions designed to build race pace and the ability to keep going. Perfect prep for the grind of HYROX.
Early Morning HYROX Sweat (Tues/Thurs/Fri 5:20am)
30 minutes, all-out effort. Short, sharp, and done before most people hit snooze.
Sunday – HYROX Partner (9:30am)
A longer workout split with a partner. Share the reps, push each other, and get a taste of the teamwork needed on race day.

Competitor Squad
This 90-minute session on Saturdays (9.15am-10.45am) is an exciting opportunity for members who are gearing up for future competitions or looking to test their current fitness level in a more tactical and performance-driven environment.
The non-coached nature of the class provides athletes with the chance to apply what they’ve learned in a more independent, self-driven setting, which can be very beneficial for those looking to fine-tune their skills and push their limits.
