Daryl is a CrossFit Level 2 Coach who helps everyday people build strength, fitness, and confidence. Expect clear coaching, smart scaling, and supportive accountability. He also offers nutrition coaching and habit-based guidance to help you get results that last.

Amy is a CrossFit Level 1 Coach who’s big on making training feel welcoming, achievable, and fun—especially if you’re nervous about starting. She’ll help you move well, build confidence, and progress at the right pace for you. Expect practical coaching, plenty of encouragement, and a “you can do this” vibe from day one.
Danny
Head Coach (CrossFit Level 1 Coach)
Danny is our Head Coach and a CrossFit Level 1 Coach, known for strong structure, great standards, and helping members get better week by week. He coaches with a focus on technique, consistency, and progress—whether that’s your first pull-up or a new PB. If you like clear direction and solid coaching, you’ll love Danny’s sessions.
Phil
Coach (Intern Coach)
Phil is an Intern Coach who brings great energy and attention to detail on the floor. He’s focused on learning, supporting members, and helping people feel comfortable in sessions—especially when movements are new. Expect friendly coaching, clear cues, and a coach who genuinely wants you to succeed.
Pip
Coach (CrossFit Level 1 Coach)
Pip is a CrossFit Level 1 Coach who’s all about helping members train safely, confidently, and consistently. She’s great at breaking movements down, offering helpful scaling options, and making sure you leave feeling like you’ve achieved something. Expect supportive coaching and good vibes in every class.

Dan is a CrossFit Level 1 Coach and an Adaptive Athlete, bringing a brilliant perspective on smart training, resilience, and what’s possible with the right support. He’s passionate about helping members find the best version of each movement for their body and ability.
