This Sunday, one of our own, Karly, is running the London Marathon.
But this is more than just a race for her.
Eight years ago, Karly’s husband Mike set out to run the same marathon. He never got to finish. He passed away just four months later, leaving behind Karly and their daughter.
Now, Karly is running in his memory—with a bigger message.
She’s running for healing.
She’s running for connection.
She’s running for anyone who’s ever felt lost in grief.
Her message is powerful:
“There’s strength in simply showing up. There’s hope in taking one step at a time. Don’t carry it all alone. You are not alone.”
Karly is raising money for local charities that bring people together and spread kindness.
Please take a moment to read her story and support her here:
And if you want to know more about where the funds are going:
Let’s get behind Karly.
Let’s cheer her on.
Let’s remind her she’s not running alone.
