At CrossFit Mendip, we designed LIFE to support anyone who wants to feel stronger, more mobile, and more confident in their body—without the intensity of traditional workouts. Whether you’re returning to fitness after an injury, managing a long-term condition, or just prefer a slower pace, LIFE is the perfect place to start.

Every session is coach-led and built around functional movements. These are the everyday things your body is meant to do: standing, lifting, carrying, stepping, and reaching. We train these in ways that are joint-friendly, adaptable, and focused on your individual needs.
